I am a lifestyle-based health and nutrition coach certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I call my work “lifestyle-based” because I believe good health is not separate from everything else in your life. It results from ongoing, daily action—it is a way of living.
I educate on the premise of real-food nutrition, and how food and lifestyle choices impact your body and lifestyle, as well as the community and the planet.
As a dancer turned competitive Capoeira athlete for over 25 years, I have successfully navigated through a variety of diets, illnesses, body dysmorphia and injuries. After my brother passed away from brain cancer I turned my self-experimentation and personal passion into a profession. I now work to help others achieve health goals, reduce the need for medical interventions, and gain control over their own well-being. I love working with individuals who are motivated and looking for sustainable change. Whether you're interested in improved performance, aesthetics, or longevity, I can help.

As humans our basic needs are similar, but we each have our own specific food and movement requirements. Our intrinsic differences affect the way our body utilizes food and responds to movement. To maximize our potential, we need to first understand our unique requirements, strengths, and tendencies and then build a lifestyle that satisfies them.
